General Operative (Manual Labour) Job Location: Botanic Avenue, Belfast, BT7 1LP, United Kingdom PAY: £13.47 per hour Job Details Positions Available: 10 ️ Hours Per Week: 37 Purpose of the RoleContribute to the operational effectiveness of the City and Neighbourhood Services Department by performing a range of manual labour duties, supporting the Open Spaces and Street Scene Division.️ Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of manual labour tasks to maintain parks, open spaces, and surrounding areas.Assist with waste collection, street cleaning, and general grounds maintenance.Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery.Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality services.Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure safe working conditions. Requirements and SkillsPhysical fitness for sustained manual labour tasks.Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar roles is desirable.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Strong communication skills.Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.
