General Operative Injection Department Location: Corby, UK Pay: £12.30 per hour (increase to £12.60 upon successful completion of probation/standards and training) Shift allowance: £1.25 per hour Shift - Nights (Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6am and Friday 5pm to 10:30pm) Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in manufacturing? You will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the machines, ensuring the parameters are set to the standard operating procedures. Carry out the duties associated with the manufacture, packing and inspection of the Ceramic Core No prior experience? No problem. Responsibilities What You ll Do Operate Small, Medium and Large injection moulding machines safely and correctly. Complete necessary worksheets in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure adherence to Standard Process Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain a clean, organised working environment. Adhere to Company regulations, rule and procedures. Highlight any machine maintenance, matrix/reformers/tooling and calibration concerns. Report issues or defects to maintain production quality. Safety and Organisation Follow think SAFE procedures and report any health and safety concerns. Keep your work area clean and tidy at all times.
