Production Operatives Location: TamworthHours: Monday Thursday, 6:00am 4:30pmShift: 4-day working weekPay: 12.71MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives working within a busy GRP manufacturing environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Monday to Thursday working pattern, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off! This is a TEMP - PERM role where you will be taken on after 12 weeks with MET!The Role As a Production Operative, you will be working with GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) to manufacture products to a high standard.Duties will include: Working with GRP and composite materialsLaminating and applying fibreglass materialsPreparing moulds and materialsTrimming, finishing and checking productsUsing hand tools and production equipmentFollowing manufacturing instructions and specificationsQuality checking finished productsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWorking as part of a team to meet production targets About You We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable, hardworking and punctualComfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environmentHappy working with GRP/fibreglass materialsAble to follow instructions and production processesQuality focused with good attention to detailComfortable with physical, hands-on workPrevious experience in GRP, fibreglass, composites or manufacturing would be advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right person What''s on Offer?
