Hourly rate: £14.50General OperativeAberdeenSalary £14.50 per hourFull time - Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to FridayAbout the Role:We are looking for a General Operative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of ten other operatives. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality general repairs, planned works, and refurbishments to housing properties, while delivering best-in-class customer service and meeting all safety, quality, and cost control standards.Main duties:• Carry out a range of repairs and refurbishment tasks to a high standard.• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents.• Process all tasks electronically using a handheld device (PDA).• Maintain all company-supplied assets in good condition in line with company policies.
