About the Role: As a General Manufacturing Operative, you''ll be part of a hands-on production team responsible for: Operating textile machinery to support production targets Conducting visual quality checks on finished materials Assisting with final inspections before products are dispatched Handling and moving large rolls of textile material (with assistance when needed) Maintaining a clean and safe working environment What We re Looking For: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is beneficial Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks Willingness to work on rotating shifts A reliable team player with a strong work ethic What s in it for You?
