Job Responsibilities Assist in carrying out general maintenance tasks across the site, supporting tradespeople and ensuring timely completion of work. Provide professional assistance to staff and contractors, including escorting duties when required. Perform DIY tasks such as decorating, hanging notice boards, building furniture, and repairing items around the premises. Inspect appliances, fittings, and the overall environment to ensure they are in good working order, reporting any defects to the Team Leader.
