General Operative

HRGO are recruiting for a general operative in Wrexham

Start Date : 12/08/2026

Pay : -12.71 hourly, paid weekly

Days : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Will start on days for the first few weeks, then going onto rotating shifts. 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, coating and finishing of metal components.
• Load and unload components safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, blasting and other preparation methods as required.
• Operate basic production and coating equipment following training and company procedures.
• Carry out visual quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules and health & safety procedures.
• Handle materials, components and finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area at all times.
• Report any quality issues, damaged components or equipment problems to the appropriate supervisor.
