The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and support the wider team in meeting operational targets.Key Responsibilities Carry out general manual handling and operational duties as required. Assist with the loading, unloading, moving and storage of materials, goods or equipment. Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Operate basic machinery, tools or equipment where trained and authorised. Assist with the preparation, sorting, packing and movement of products or materials. Complete routine checks and report any faults, damage or safety concerns. Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and safe working practices. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets. Carry out any other reasonable duties relevant to the role. Skills and Experience Good communication and teamwork skills.
