Job Advert: General Operative - Potato Factory (Telford, TF6)Location: TF6 (Outside of Telford - Own transport recommended)Pay: 12.75 per hour We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Operatives to join our potato harvesting team, located just outside Telford. Key Responsibilities: Inspect potatoes for quality, removing spuds with mould, damage, or defectsEnsure only the best produce continues through the grading processMaintain high hygiene and safety standards at all timesRole Details: Shift start times: 7:00am or 7:45amShift lengths vary between 4-12 hours, depending on demandThe role involves standing for extended periods-good stamina requiredAd hoc shifts available as required; part time and full time hours on offerDue to location, own transport is preferredCandidate Requirements: High attention to detailReliability and punctualityAbility to stand for long periodsFlexibility with shifts and hoursWhat We Offer: Competitive pay at 12.75 per hour, paid weeklyFlexible shift patterns to fit your availabilitySupportive team environmentInterested applicants should be prepared for physically active, hands-on work and flexible to cover shifts as required.
