General Operative

Role

One of our clients based in Chichester PO18 are looking for a General Opetrative to work on site at a large automotive company.

The role is to support and ensure an excellent Customer experience for all on-site work wear requirements, reporting to the Account Manager you will be required to cover the following:

1. Collection and distribution of Laundry on site
2. Liaise with Laundry provider as required
3. Garment Embroidery / applying ‘sewn on’ badges
4. Order Processing & Order Query Resolution
5. Order / delivery receipt tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
6. Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all ‘Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our Legendary Service ethos
7. Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
8. Processing Returns
9. Act as point of contact on site
10. Computer Literate: knowledge of excel, outlook etc.

It is a parttime role at 20hrs. 4hrs per day 10-2 Monday – Friday however we are flexible, so if the candidate would like to work, these hours over three days it would need to be a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
