This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments who is looking for a stable, full-time position with opportunities for progression.Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.Machine minding and supporting production processes as required.Loading and unloading company delivery vehicles.Carrying out general warehouse duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Accurately counting, checking, and recording crates and equipment moving in and out of the warehouse.Completing delivery and collection paperwork accurately.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Handling company equipment and property with care and professionalism. Candidate Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and relevant experience.Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working towards performance targets and KPIs.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.Full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
