Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational tasks within our facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including production and assembly tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment. Operate machinery and equipment as required, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
