General Operative

We''re currently recruiting for experienced General Operatives for our client''s busy plastic moulding factory. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who have previously worked in a similar production or manufacturing environment.

Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in Gainsborough.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.

Overtime is available and paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:

- Monday - Thursday 6am to 2:45pm and Friday 6am to 11am

There is an opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate!

Your Time at Work

As a General Operative your duties include:

- Working as part of a production team in a fast-paced factory setting
- Operating machinery and assisting with plastic moulding processes
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Our perfect worker will be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills. You will show good attention to detail and the ability to work towards targets.

Previous experience working in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment (plastic moulding desirable).
