This is a hands-on, physically active production role with excellent temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable candidates looking for stable, long-term work. Previous manufacturing experience is useful, but not essential , as training will be provided. Shift Options Rotating Shift – £15.45 per hour Week 1: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 13:45–23:45 No weekends Fixed Day Shift – £13.43 per hour Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 No weekends The Role A key part of the job involves manually lifting and emptying 25kg bags of raw ingredients into production vessels , so you must be comfortable carrying out regular physical work. Other duties will include: Basic machine operation Carrying out quality checks Preparing and handling production materials Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe Following chemical, process and site safety procedures Supporting different production areas when required...
