General Operative Mirfield£12.71 per hourRotating Shifts: 06 00 / 14 00 We are currently recruiting General Operatives on behalf of our clients manufacturing site in Mirfield.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment with ongoing work available for reliable and motivated candidates.Duties will include: Removing finished products from the production line.Packing and labelling products to quality standards.Carrying out visual quality checks.Reprocessing production waste using the waste picker.Assisting Machine Operators to keep production running efficiently.Completing basic production paperwork.Cleaning machinery and maintaining a clean working area.Following Health and Safety procedures at all times.Working as part of a team to achieve production targets. The successful candidate will have: Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).A good eye for detail.A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
