Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Drive day-to-day delivery across 12D, 12AB, utilities, and major schemes, ensuring absolute service excellence. Commercial and KPI Management: Deliver operations within strict budgets, identifying margin-improvement opportunities whilst tracking high-performing operational KPIs.
