Marketing Advisor 3 month contract + possible extensionsHybrid working in Bradford£Market ratesA house-hold name in the UK retail sector is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of customer loyalty campaigns and supplier-funded promotional activity. Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you''ll help plan, build and execute targeted campaigns, manage customer audiences, and create engaging customer communications across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, setup and delivery of loyalty and promotional campaigns.Respond to customer and colleague enquiries relating to promotions.Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with established processes.Good data entry/processing skills to move data from source to target CRM. About You Experience in a marketing, CRM or loyalty role is desirable but not essential.Familiarity with marketing/CRM systems (eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) is advantageous.Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Customer-focused, proactive and adaptable, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.Confident building relationships.Enthusiastic about developing knowledge and experience within CRM, loyalty and customer marketing. ..... full job details .....
