General Manager - 50k plus bonusWe''re looking for a General Manager with fresh food experience for the Bull in Ditchling. The perfect candidate has a track record of working in a food destination site, is passionate about delivering a great guest experience and has a fantastic operational mind. They will be happy being the face of the business, and as comfortable interacting with the regulars at the bar as they are running food-lead events and a busy Sunday Service. Experience working as a General Manager in a fresh food site is essential.

Responsibilities

Run a pub for Young''s with entrepreneurial drive, putting your own stamp on the business.

Lead a food-focused operation, delivering a great guest experience.

Be the face of the business and manage interactions with regulars and guests.

Plan and run events and Sunday service, and manage all operational duties.

Recruit and develop the team, including monitoring marketing and local promotions.

Make decisions on the food menu within the framework provided and tailor offers to guests.
