Lead and manage the pub with fresh food experience, acting as the face of the business and engaging with guests at the bar as well as overseeing food-led events and a busy Sunday Service.Operate as General Manager in a fresh food site, delivering a great guest experience and driving operational excellence.Encourage entrepreneurial thinking to differentiate the pub, tailoring the food offer to guests and growing the business in line with the local vision.Decide on events, sales-driving activities, team uniform, and take responsibility for recruitment and marketing at the site.Recruit, develop, and manage the team to ensure knowledge and capability to delight customers; commit to ongoing career development in hospitality.What We Offer Our General Managers
