General Manager £50,000 £60,000 plus benefits Littlehampton, West Sussex Winberry are working exclusively with an established steel manufacturing and fabrication business in West Sussex, now under new ownership, to appoint a General Manager who can make a genuine impact. This is a brand-new position, giving you the opportunity to shape how the business operates, develop the team, influence the culture and help drive the next stage of its growth. You ll be a hands-on, visible leader working closely with the owners, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations while bringing structure, accountability and commercial focus to the business.
