GAP Pump and Power Services Division provides advice, servicing, maintenance, and repair for generators, dewatering, and sewerage pump applications. This includes a wide range of hoses, settlement tanks, and water processing solutions.

The Role:

As a General Manager at GAP Group, you will develop and manage your depot team to drive performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue across new and existing customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations through quality audits and visits are key responsibilities.

You will also manage your own Profit Centre and influence all aspects of Depot Operations – from staff recruitment and development to purchasing equipment and supplies.

About YouSuccessful applicants should demonstrate:

Significant experience in a team leader/management role, preferably in the Pumps, Power, or hire industry

An understanding of Pump or Power equipment, hire products, and the customer base within the Lincoln area (highly beneficial)

Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team

Experience and accountability for profit and loss of business operations

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word

Full UK Driving License
