General Manager

This is a General Manager role that offers oversight of multiple business units, short term challenge, long term growth and equity in a fast growing progressive group structured business. We are building something new and its all geared around ensuring science can run without interruption! BASIC SALARY: Up to £150,000 per annum BENEFITS: Equity, up to £350,000 over 5 years (based on performance) Pension Medical Insurance (for you and family) Life insurance Company credit card LOCATION: Home based, ideally Midlands or South of the UK, depending on your location you may have a site based contract as we grow and acquire more businesses. We selected the businesses we buy for their reputation and success and we need someone who can understand the nuance of each of these companies and ensure we retain the positives and improves on areas that can be refined. This role will require someone to wear many hats, travel throughout the UK and Ireland and be capable of making both business critical and sometimes hard decisions.
