We are searching for a visionary

General Manager

to lead our UK and Ireland Vision Care business. This is a pivotal leadership role with full PandL ownership, responsible for driving strategic growth, leading high-performing teams, and unlocking the full potential of the contact lens category in these key markets.

30–40% (Domestic and International)Reports to:

Managing Director, Western and Northern Europe

Responsibilities

Lead the Business : Own and drive the strategic direction, annual business plans, and long-term growth strategies for the UK and Ireland Vision Care business.

Drive Performance : Inspire excellence across commercial, professional, marketing, and digital teams to deliver strong results and category leadership.

Transform the Market : Shape new go-to-market models and accelerate growth for the ACUVUE brand through innovation and customer-centric strategies.

Build Relationships : Cultivate senior-level partnerships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and industry associations.

Develop Talent : Build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous development.

Collaborate Globally : Represent the UK and Ireland perspective in regional and global forums, contributing to cross-market initiatives and innovation.

Champion Our Credo : Uphold our values of integrity, compliance, diversity and inclusion in every aspect of the business.

Experience and Skills

Proven success in

Sales and Marketing leadership

(10+ years), ideally within healthcare, consumer, or vision-related industries.

Strong

General Management

or

Business Unit leadership

experience with full PandL accountability.

Expertise in

Key Account Management

and strategic customer engagement.

Experience in leading digital transformation

A track record of leading large, multi-layered teams and developing future leaders.

Ability to navigate complexity, drive change, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

Fluent in English; MBA preferred.
