What We’re Looking For In Our General Manager...

Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.Solid grasp of hospitality management.Pro at managing Profit and Loss (PandL) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.Excel in communication and leadership skills.Awesome at organising and multitasking.Plus, you''re ready to share your last 5 years of life''s journey, whether that''s work, education, or personal experiences, and you''re okay with a criminal record check.
