General Manager, Flexible Workspace, Central London Salary: £50,000 + commission and equity Hours: Full-time, onsite We are recruiting an experienced Centre/General Manager to take full ownership of a prominent flexible workspace building. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an established workspace professional who combines strong commercial judgement with operational discipline and an exceptional approach to member experience. You will inherit a complex, fast-paced environment where confident leadership, clear accountability and the ability to drive meaningful improvements will be essential. You will be fully accountable for the financial, operational and experiential performance of the building, leading the onsite team while working closely with Sales, Finance, Real Estate and central support functions. This role would suit a commercially minded Community Manager, Centre Manager or General Manager who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and bringing structure, energy and direction to a building.
