General Manager: Premium Flexible Workspace Bristol £40,000 £45,000 Base + Commission (OTE £75,000) Full-time We re recruiting for an exceptional General Manager (Sales and Ops) to take ownership of a premium flexible workspace operation in Bristol, combining commercial performance, member experience and operational leadership. With a second Bristol location due to join the portfolio in the near future, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the business and ultimately oversee the performance of two premium workspace locations across the city. This isn t a traditional operations-only workspace role. We re looking for someone who can run each location as a business; driving occupancy and revenue, converting enquiries, developing broker and agent relationships, leading onsite teams and ensuring every member and visitor receives an exceptional experience. The Role Initially taking ownership of the existing Bristol location, your remit will expand to encompass a second site as the portfolio grows. You ll be responsible for: Owning the commercial performance of the workspace portfolio, with a clear focus on occupancy, revenue and growth Taking responsibility for the successful commercial launch and ongoing performance of the second Bristol location Managing incoming enquiries, conducting workspace tours and converting opportunities into new members Developing strong relationships with commercial property agents, workspace brokers and the wider ..... full job details .....
