Develop and execute plans to increase occupancy to drive profitability, launch wellness and retreat offerings, and drive brand expansion.Commercial Ownership:

Full PandL responsibility, with a focus on revenue, new income streams, and performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, cost control).Guest Experience:

Be the day-to-day face of Tors Park

warm, present, and service-led. Oversee seamless operations, wellness services and events.Team Leadership:

Recruit and lead a high-performing team across housekeeping, maintenance, and wellness.Operations:

Manage robust systems for bookings, guest services, compliance, and property upkeep.Brand and Community:
