What Youll Be Doing As General Manager

Taking ownership of commercial and operational performance

Managing SLAs, customer renewals, pricing negotiations, and debtor control

Strategically leading a proactive sales team (not reliant on a captive audience)

Cross-functional team development, succession planning, and site culture building

Taking responsibility for both financial performance and community engagement
