.The role of General Manager:This leading role will report to the CEO/Group Operations Director and see you?managing the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurants, to include:Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term success

.Drive the highest possible profitability while enhancing standards to

maintain

both guest satisfaction and a positive employee morale

.Conduct comprehensive interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations, collaborating closely with the People and Culture Team to plan, assign tasks, provide direction, and recognize team achievements

.Maintain

optimal

stock levels to meet the dynamic needs of the business, ensuring efficient operations and minimi

ing waste

.Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation, fostering a secure environment for both guests and staff

.Manage and

monitor

expenditure, working within set budgets to achieve financial

objectives

for each fiscal year

.Challenge and contribute to the continuous improvement of employee welfare practices, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

.Cultivate positive relationships with civic, governmental, business, and community leaders to enhance the restaurant''s standing in the community

.To review and reply to guests concerning their feedback?through relevant channels
