The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong is a professional organization which conducts postgraduate training, professional examinations and accreditation for surgeons in Hong Kong. We are offering the following post:General Manager

Oversee the operations of the College OfficeManage and lead the Secretariat TeamOversee the planning and execution of various projects of the CollegeCoordinate and report major issues or policy making issues to the President and the CouncilProvide administrative and executive support to the Council and committeesEnsure the administrative and financial well-being of the CollegeLiaise with international institutions on professional training and exam affairsRequirements

A university degree holder or aboveA minimum of 8 years’ solid administrative and management experience, preferably with experience related to the medical fieldExperience in managing a team of at least 15 staff in an officeStrong leadership with exceptional presentation and communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational acumen and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, with strong emphasis on work integrityExcellent command of English and ChineseShortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for an interview.Those failing to provide current and expected salary will not be considered.We offer contract gratuity (equivalent to 2 month’s pay), medical and overtime allowance, and 5-day work.
