We''re looking for a General Manager for a lovely community pub in Sutton Coldfield. The Plough and Harrow is a popular, community hub located in Sutton Coldfield.Popular with a mix of demographics, the pub offers Sky Sports and pool facilities as well as a function area, large beer garden as well as kids play area. There is also a customer car park which is shared with the neighbouring Co-Op which further drives footfall to the pub.The Plough and Harrow is currently wet led (70/30) achieving weekly sales of around £22,000. It offers a Marston''s Community menu which features pub classics as well as pizza, so there is plenty of scope to increase food sales.The pub has been well-managed, and is available due to an internal move. There is an established and experienced team in place ready for a community, food-driven Manager to take the reins and maintain it\''s reputation at the heart of the community.Have you got what it takes?
