We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead the delivery of a major Street Lighting Term Service Contract across Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile contract, leading operational delivery while driving commercial performance, client satisfaction, safety and continuous improvement. The Role You will have overall responsibility for delivering street lighting maintenance, capital investment projects and third-party works across the region. Working closely with the client and senior stakeholders, you will ensure contractual obligations are met while leading and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of maintenance, capital works and third-party projects. Take full responsibility for contract performance, budgets, forecasting and PandL. Build and maintain strong relationships with the local authority client and key stakeholders. Ensure KPIs, service levels and contractual obligations are consistently achieved. Lead, motivate and develop managers, supervisors and operational teams. Promote a strong health, safety, environmental and quality culture.
