My client is a fast-growing renewable energy specialist dedicated to installing and servicing high-quality solar PV systems and battery storage solutions across the Northern Ireland. They pride themselves on agility, technical excellence and exceptional client delivery. The current Owner wants to shift into a ''Chairman'' role to focus on high-level strategic direction and key sales initiatives, we now seek to recruit a commercially minded and operationally adept General Manager to lead the day-to-day business operations, drive efficiency and manage team growth. This is a new, full-time permanent appointment. As General Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the business. You will lead our tight-knit team across sales, operations, installation, customer service and administration. Working in close partnership with the Chairman, you will translate strategic goals into seamless daily execution, ensuring high operating margins, strict safety / compliance standards and top-tier customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-Day Operations and Service Delivery Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of all solar PV and battery storage installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
