Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant environmentStrong wine, beer and spirit knowledgeKnowledge of fresh food and seasonal produceStrong leadership and people management skillsCommercial acumen with a track record of achieving targetsPassion for great food, drink, and guest serviceExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilitiesRemuneration
