Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a General Manager with bags of personality to join our team, so if you have previous experience of managing a team from within either the hospitality or a service led environment and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; this may be just the job for you.Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape.

The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from, several with balconies overlooking the sea.
