With the business continuing to grow, they are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations and work closely with the Directors to shape the future development of the company.This is a varied, autonomous role overseeing operations, Health and Safety, purchasing, sales and site development, whilst working closely with a leadership team. You will also develop supplier and customer relationships, influence business strategy and make a genuine impact on the future direction of the business.This role would suit an experienced General Manager or Operations Manager from a sawmilling, forestry or building materials background looking for a varied, hands-on position with significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence business growth.
