With a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a buzzing atmosphere, we are now looking for an ambitious General Manager to lead our team and drive the business forward.The Role:As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the restaurant. You will lead, inspire, and motivate a passionate team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.

Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Maintain the highest levels of customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve financial targets.

Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.

Develop innovative ways to enhance the restaurants reputation and customer engagement.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and staff empowerment.

What Were Looking For:Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, PandL management, and cost control.

A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
