General Manager Location: South Wales Salary: 60,000 Circa + 25% Annual Bonus Job Type: Full Time Permanent Our client Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operational activities across a diverse range of facilities, equipment, and business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader with genuine commercial instinct to lead multiple departments and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day site operations and ensure outstanding service delivery. Manage and develop department leaders and site teams. Drive operational efficiency, productivity and site performance. Take ownership of site budgets, forecasts and PandL performance. Ensure compliance with all health and safety and operational standards. Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience. Lead site projects, improvements and continuous development initiatives. About You The right candidate will have: Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior role. Strong commercial awareness with budget and PandL responsibility. Experience managing large teams in a customer-focused environment. A confident decision maker with excellent people management skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong understanding of health and safety and operational compliance.
