As we continue to develop our commercial offer, strengthen our financial sustainability and expand our community impact, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the next stage of our journey. The Role Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will provide overall operational leadership in all aspects of our Community and Commercial activities. Working closely with staff, partners, tenants, funders and stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering the organisation''s strategy, driving income growth via both external fundraising and commercial streams and ensuring the long-term sustainability of this vital community asset. You will lead the development of new business opportunities while maximising income from external funders to maintain our ambitious community projects. By expanding our events, venue hire, catering and partnerships you will ensure the Institute continues to provide outstanding experiences for service users, customers, visitors and community groups.
