General Manager – Premium Restaurant and Late-Night BarWe’re looking for a General Manager who can handle big volume, late nights, and a team that loves the buzz of hospitality. You’ll be the one setting the pace – running the floor, keeping service slick, driving the numbers, and making sure every guest leaves talking about their experience. Expect to be across dinner service, events, PDR, and late-night party vibes.
Responsibilities
Lead high-volume, lifestyle/destination restaurant operations with late-night service.
Set service pace, ensure slick operations, drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
Oversee dinner service, events, PDR, and late-night activities.
Manage and inspire a large team; maintain high standards and guest-facing excellence.
Maintain a positive, energetic presence during late-night operations.
Qualifications
Experience as GM in high-volume, lifestyle or destination restaurants.
Passion for food and drink and delivering brilliant guest experiences.
Commercially sharp with budgets, PandL, and KPIs.
Hands-on leader able to motivate a big team and uphold standards.
Comfort operating late nights with a positive attitude; resilient under pressure.
Social, upbeat personality with ability to stay calm under pressure.
WSET Level 2 with solid drinks knowledge (preferred).
