As General Manager, you’ll: Build and lead an exceptional team – hiring, training and inspiring them every dayDrive outstanding guest experiences and keep standards sky-highDeliver sales targets and maximise revenue opportunitiesManage day-to-day operations across food, drink, bedrooms and eventsBe the face of the pub in your communityWhat we’re looking for

Previous management experience in a premium hospitality settingStrong food and drink knowledgeCommercial acumen – understanding budgets, forecasting, and marketingA proactive, hands-on leadership style to inspire your teamFull driving licence and access to a vehicle
