The successful General Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional occupier experience while ensuring the building operates safely, efficiently and commercially. The role requires someone who understands that the best buildings are run with the standards of a premium hospitality business, combined with the commercial discipline and operational rigour of institutional real estate.The opportunity As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the building. You will act as the principal operational contact for occupiers, the property management team and key stakeholders, leading the on-site team and ensuring every element of the building experience reflects the quality of the asset.
