General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a high-end residential development. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent service standards, managing onsite teams, overseeing building operations and ensuring a positive experience for residents. A key focus of the role will be resident engagement, community events, lifestyle services and building strong relationships with residents and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential property management, hospitality or a similar customer facing environment, with excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:Building Operations and Management Oversee the day to day running of the development, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, facilities and back of house spaces. Coordinate with contractors and maintenance providers to ensure repairs and planned works are completed efficiently. Monitor building systems and maintenance schedules. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents. Act as a key point of contact for resident enquiries, requests and feedback. Organise and coordinate resident events, activities and community initiatives.
