What you’ll be doing:As General Manager, you''ll take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, from front-of-house leadership to financial control. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service while growing and developing a talented team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all outlet operations, ensuring high standards and consistency* Leading and inspiring front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service* Managing budgets and driving profitability* Handling escalated guest feedback with professionalism* Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations* Collaborating with marketing to support events and promotions
What we’re looking for:We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in a high-end hospitality setting. Ideally, you’ll have:
