We are looking for a General Manager for a flagship Gastro Pub in Great Missenden. This is a great role for an experienced manager who wants to lead a high-volume, food-led business.

Your Responsibilities

As General Manager, you''ll be in charge of the business. You will be responsible for:

* Growing sales in a high-volume, food-led environment.* Building and leading a large, engaged team.* Creating sales-driving activities, including events and social media.* Ensuring the offer is executed flawlessly and guest service is exceptional.* Managing the business financially to ensure profit growth.* Handling all aspects of licensing, food, and health and safety compliance.

We need a proven General Manager with a strong background in food-led businesses. The ideal candidate will have:
