We are seeking an accomplished

Head of Business / General Manager

to take full responsibility for our dealership operation in Exeter. This is a pivotal leadership role, accountable for driving growth, profitability, and customer experience across all areas of the business.Key Responsibilities

Full PandL accountability for the dealership, with responsibility for delivering sustainable profit and growth.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of department managers to consistently achieve targets.Ensure exceptional customer service and retention across sales and aftersales functions.Set and execute strategic business plans to improve performance and efficiency.Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all brand standards, group policies, and regulatory requirements.Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that reflects the company’s values and culture.About You

Proven track record as a Head of Business, Dealer Principal, General Manager, or in a senior leadership role within the automotive retail sector.Commercially astute with strong financial and operational management skills.Inspirational leader with the ability to engage and motivate teams to deliver results.Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellence in service and standards.Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver long-term business objectives.What We Offer
