What You ll Be Doing: Leading the launch and day-to-day operation of the Nottingham site Building and developing a passionate, high-performing team Delivering knockout customer experiences every single time Managing all aspects of operations PandL, stock, labour, and team performance Being the face of the site and championing the brand culture from the ground up Bringing energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality What You ll Bring: Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR, casual dining, or food-led venues Experience launching new sites or managing teams through openings Hands-on leadership style you re not afraid to get stuck in Strong understanding of the commercial side PandL, rotas, margins, etc. A passion for quality food, great service, and positive team culture Ambition to grow with a fast-scaling and award-winning concept What s In It For You: Salary up to £61,000 OTE Lead a high-profile new opening with full autonomy and brand support Career progression as the group continues to ..... full job details .....
