They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated General Manager to join their award-winning team.Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, while meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets.Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice.Oversee ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home.Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in residents wellbeing.Ensure safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with occupancy and dependency.Provide ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.Ensure costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.About You

To be successful, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.Our ideal candidate must:Have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.Have Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.Possess excellent leadership and management skills.Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT.Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.About Avery
