General Manager

to join our team in

London, EC2M 3ABRate of Pay:

£38,000 per annum plus a performance related bonusWorking Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, Shifts between 7am - 4pmKey Responsibilities

Ensure the site is presented to the highest standards, maintaining quality of equipment and displayMaintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests.Monitor customer satisfaction and respond proactively to feedbackSupport planning and execution of eventsOperational Management

Oversee the receipt, storage, and presentation of food delivered from the central production kitchen.Manage staffing levels, rotas, and training to ensure smooth daily operation, utilising Premier Crew support staff if needed for business levels or leave cover.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), including wastage and plate countsOrder all food items to siteCompliance and Safety

Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations including HACCP, allergen management, and temperature control.Maintain rigorous health and safety standards in line with company and legal requirements.Conduct regular audit checks and risk assessments, addressing any non-compliance swiftlyTraining and Leadership

Ensure completion of all required training and development for yourself and any reporting team membersFoster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvementFinancial and Administration

Monitor and manage unit budgets, stock control, and wastageEnsure accurate record-keeping for deliveries, compliance checks, and staff performanceLiaise with central kitchen and support teams to ensure seamless coordinationProven experience in contract catering or hospitality management.Strong understanding of food safety and health and safety legislation.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and compliance.Level 3 Food Safety and Health and Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain).What\''s in it for you?
