Description

As the General Manager you will,

• Be a visible leader within the operation driving performance and actively supporting the team to develop robust SOPs, to enable consistent delivery of service levels
• Manage and mentor a team highlighting training needs and creating a succession plan
• Continue to develop a positive culture which supports high performance in all areas (HSE, quality, pick rate)
• Work with other sites and Transport to balance capacity, resource, and optimise volumes through the site
• Manage budgets and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.

Profile

A successful General Manager should have:

• A proven track record in managing a busy, high volume warehouse operation
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively, building engagement and performance
• A visible leader in the warehouse
• Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource planning.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from -75,000 to -80,000 + package
